May this be a year to esteem others higher than oneself. May we recognize, honor, respect and embrace each and every individual, as a gift from God sent from above.

The world is motivated and places value on what is seen on a scale of weights and measures. May we not be like the world! No matter what a person looks outwardly, what they may or may not possess, may our spiritual eyes be open to behold the precious gifts that are on the inside, and that are set before us.  Each and everyone was designed with purpose, regardless of color, nationality, sex,  height, weight, stature, ability, disability, intellect, deformities, abnormalities etc..

May we be very careful to never devalue the chosen vessels in which God dwells, with the words spoken from our mouths.  Recognize the gifts that are assigned to you, many are lost, dismayed and hopeless because either their gifts were devalued by a negative act or a spoken word or for some just never recognized. 

Everyone was born and was designed to glorify God with their gift(s).  So, may we honor the gifts in everyone, in doing so, you honor God!
